NordVPN is a VPN service with applications for Microsoft Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and Android TV. NORD SECURITY is a leader in the field of online privacy and security, providing cyber security products for both individuals and businesses.
The challenge of the project was to build a frontend development team, establish effective in-team processes, as well as create a pipeline for web app support and development. The goal of the project was to assist the customer in scaling the frontend team's capabilities and delivering complicated features within tight deadlines.
Softeta provided its experience and technical consulting in the development of the frontend team, which included both external contractors and internal team members. We assisted the client in polishing development processes, implementing best quality practices, and refactoring code.
NordVPN received a newly assembled frontend team that can deliver high-quality work efficiently and promptly right away. Development team was able to redesign client’s B2B site fast and efficiently. Also, a big amount of tech dept issues were tackled in web apps.
