Can you work with our existing SCADA, OMS, and metering systems or do we have to replace them?
Usually you don’t replace them. Most of our energy work is modernization: we keep the systems that run your operations and build around them, connecting SCADA, OMS, GIS, and ERP so data flows without a rip-and-replace project or an operational shutdown. A full rebuild only makes sense when the old system genuinely can’t be extended and we’ll tell you honestly which case you’re in.

The best first project is a narrow one with a measurable payoff predictive maintenance that cuts unnecessary dispatches, computer vision that automates a manual inspection, or forecasting that reduces over-provisioning. We start with a short discovery to find where your data is ready and the ROI is clearest, ship one working use case, then expand. We love ideas, but we’d rather prove one than promise ten.
