Will computer vision actually work in our plant, not just a demo?
That’s the real question, and the honest answer is: not without tuning. Factory lighting, dust, speed, and part variation break models trained in clean conditions. We train on your line’s actual images and deploy where it makes sense at the edge when latency matters, so accuracy holds up on the floor, not just in the pitch.
Do we have to replace our machines, PLCs, or MES to add AI and robotics?
No. Most of our industrial work wraps around the equipment you already run reading from PLCs, sensors, and your MES rather than ripping them out. We add the vision, AI, or robotics layer on top and integrate it with what’s there, so you modernize without re-tooling the floor.
